The Eclipse of Romance, Sex and Soul: The Death and Burial of Chastity in the Culture

We guide our lives, consciously but mostly unconsciously, by the symbols we live under. Since the cultural and sexual revolutions of the 1960s the concept of chastity (a high symbol of romance, sex, and soul) has been effectively killed off and buried in our culture. What is chastity? Does our neglect of it help deaden our eros and trivialize soul? How is the Me Too movement a statement for chastity?  This series will focus on chastity, its need, its meaning, the consequences for its neglect, and some suggestions as to its resurrection.

Three consecutive Wednesdays, March 9, 16, 23 7:00-8:30 pm (Central Time)

On line or in person. The event will be recorded and for you to view at a convenient time.
